Thank you for supporting our handmade pottery! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


🕰️ Order Processing Time

We carefully package each order by hand in our studio. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and prepared for shipping. During collection drops or holidays, this window may be slightly extended due to high order volume.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer a variety of real-time shipping options through USPS and UPS at checkout. These rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely. All shipments include tracking and basic insurance.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide via USPS International, UPS Worldwide Saver, and DHL Express. At checkout, you’ll see real-time shipping rates based on your country, carrier, and the size of your order.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or VAT that may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are charged by your local government.


💔 Shipping Fragile Pottery

All of our pottery is carefully wrapped in sustainable packaging materials and shipped in durable boxes. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Most shipments are insured, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
